The III ladder is the promotion ladder

Licentiate → Associateship → FellowshipInsurance Institute of India professional qualifications
III qualifications do double duty in every PSU insurer's promotion policy: they gate the fast-track channel (AIII for Scale 1→2, FIII for 2→3) and they add weightage marks to your promotion score. Every Licentiate, Associateship and Fellowship paper is on the platform — keynotes summaries, explained MCQs and full-length mocks, in English and Hindi.

A note on patterns. These are internal exams — the structure can shift between companies and cycles, and your company's own circular/handout is always the authoritative source. Our courses teach the durable syllabus those papers draw from, so a pattern tweak doesn't change what you need to know.
